Cinderella’s Closet Policies and
Procedures
1.
Any
dress in good condition will be accepted. If
requested and legal agrees a donation form will be
provided for tax purposes.
2.
An
inventory of dresses will be maintained at all
times. It has been determined that a formal
dress can not be worn more then 10 times, therefore
once a dress has been loaned 10 times it will be
retired. A list of retired dresses will be
provided to the WSC Board on a regular basis.
3.
The
Cinderella’s Closet Contact will ensure that the
inventory is up to date. On a weekly basis
they will confirm that all dresses are in the
Thrift Shop or on loan. In addition, weekly
they will check that all loan documents are
properly completed. Any discrepancies will be
reported to the WSC Board.
4.
The
Cinderella’s Closet Contact will conduct a yearly
dress drive.
